Thats all i know for sure.
If you have dx lude, the SI calipers and disks will swap.

i know that 86-89 LX and DX models, as well as 86-87 LX-i Accords had akibono (sp) front brake setup, and they are smaller than teh 88-89 accord front setup (nissan/nissin). if we can verify that the lude brakes are in fact the same size as the larger 88-89 accord that would be good info for us accord guys too... cause we could grab them off your cars from the junkyard.

also i am curious if the accord guys could use SI rear disc setups... im guessing that wouldnt work, but i have never looked into it.

88-89 accord lxi brakes r bigger, cause i tried to swap my 87 si brakes over to my 86 prelude that pretty much has an accord front end and they didnt fit. i could get pics if u guys want.

Brakes

Hmmm not sure what else might fit but 2G JDM front uprights might be able to be swapped over with the bigger JDM calipers and disks, but pads are hard to get and not that good quality Mintex and EBC do stock pads and thats it. I'd go with Teg calipers as they have much better choice in pads Ferrodo 3000 and many others. The Teg disk is 265mm roughly i believe which is also the same size as the 2G JDM disk as well.
My disks are 300mm and the calipers are 4 pot lightweight compact racing calipers but you'll need a high quality 15" rim or bigger to fit on your car and the kit is only designed fro DX/Carbed uprights not sure if the USDM SI front uprights are the same if they are then they would fit. If anyone wanted a serious no compromise braking system i could get the brackets remanufactured so that you could use the same setup as i have. But this is for people with serious power and racing intensions as it's now cheap if your serious save up for at least $2000 to cover the cost of the parts and the machining of the new caliper brackets.
