I ordered parts from ESP over 7 months ago and now they are not even emailing me back. PayPal will not honor dispute after 180 days so it looks like I got SCAMMED. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering from them.

Since I paid using PayPal credit, I was lucky enough to be able to dispute the charge and begin a charge back. I attempted contact through several methods including calling, messaging on Facebook, messaging on PayPal & sending monthly emails and haven't heard a word since he got my money!

Why doesn't anyone just go to his place of business and stand over him to get your money back? That's what I'd do, and throw his desk at his head in front of all the customers.

Some piece of shit in White Sands, New Mexico also tried to run with my money earlier in the year after I paid him using a pre-paid Visa card. I found out where he lives and place of work in one day. I soon got my money back.

If you don't want to go over personally after I find out where he is for you, you can all chip in and employee the services of a standover man off the dark web to get your money back plus the fee for using his services. Decide who is going to buy the crypto and all send cash to him by mail. It will work out cheap and you will all get your money back. You won't have to waste your lives with a theatrical justice system. It will be his choice to return all your money or get his head kicked in when someone rocks up to his door, so don't feel bad.

In all serious, you guys are too lenient on this clown. If there were delays because of the pandemic, then that is understandable, but that is not an excuse for him ignoring you. This is business. The moment this guy started ignoring, I would have warned him I would begin a proceeding and take him to a tribunal. In my state in Australia, we have a civil and administation tribunal for shit like this. The hearing fee is only $65 AUD. You go in there and tell the member what's wrong, show them your evidence, and they make an order. If the other party doesn't comply with the order, you then take it to the next court up and get an enforcement order. All up its about $250 AUD. You can just represent yourself, its like a casual court. Go in jeans.

His business will be finished. After the review, e-mail him with the link and ask him if you've spelt his name correctly. LOL

Hey guys, I have had two experiences with esp.
one great and one horrible
I ordered $1200 with of parts for my cb7 like strut bars, lower toe bars, rear t bar, motor mounts and alt relocation kit which came in about 6 months…
then I ordered a $300 set of paper weights in the form of front upper arms with adjustable ball joints for camber correction.
these items did not fit and would require a ton of cutting, trimming, banging metal to fit properly.
I notified John of this issue he was dismissive and told me that it was a prototype part and Since I installed the part he would no longer accept a return even though it was only a test fit and not driven on.
This is such bull crap. I believe ESP went to shit like all the rest of you guys and hope this dude gets what he has coming.
