i'm real indecisive. i've been searching a bunch and i hear mostly good and some bad about the exedy and competition stage 2 clutches and pretty much all good about centerforce. but, i think the comp and exedy stage 2's are a little stronger than the centerforce dual friction. what would you guys choose? looking for some advice to help make my decision. i want to order tonight, so help me make up my mind, quick! thanks

everyone you ask will have a different opinion. Some people will love one clutch, and some people will hate the very same one... It also depends on what your goals with your setup are. I personally run an RPS stage 5, and has worked great for me....

true, i guess i have to look at it that way. probably the most torque i'll ever put down is 275ish, so i think any of these clutches are good up to that. i think i'll go with the exedy since i've only seen one bad review.

I have heard a lot of good things about exedy and a lot of bad things about centerforce.

I have used both ACT and Clutchmasters. I have to say I like the ACT clutch combo better. It offers a stiff pedal feel but can it ever take the abuse. The only downside was I went through a slave cylinder lol, almost to stiff. The clutchmasters offer a very light pedal for the stage 3.

See if you can find a couple people with different clutches and drive them yourself.

I completely agree with you on this. I just loved the ACT clutch.

thanks for the help guys. i decided to go with ACT. ordered it this morning. i got the 6 puck heavy duty sprung race disk. i decided the 3 puck sprung exedy would get too much chatter for my liking.

^Very nice, if you like a stiff pedal feel thats the clutch for you.
