It probably was your ecu load adjusting....how high was it bouncing between?

 

ok i dont know how to explain this cause i dont know what everything is called....

In front of the fuel injector there is this thing where if you push it to the left (facing the car) it revs the engine some throttle thing...

You can tighten and loosen a bolt on that and it changes your idle.... if you go to low or oo high it bounces... thats for me atleast.

 

uh, that's your throttle body.
and you're adjusting your idle screw.

check the faq.
if it's surging, that's pretty normal, and does that til it warms up...
