So i’m getting ready to buy a 92 prelude thats an auto, i have a 5 speed out of a 5th gen. i was wondering if the swap was doable and what all i would need to get it done or if its just easier to buy a 4th gen transmission

The 4th gen and 5th gen manual gearboxes are totally interchangeable, so you can use the 5th gen box you already have. I've had both fitted in mine at one point or another.
