Rusty Hood Trend?? wtf

This one's alright. Better than rust. He said his friend painted it for him when he was recovering after being in the hospital. I'd probably have something like this on the underside, but it would be harder to paint on there.

That looks cool... but his car will be shit in a few years. The other cars? Seriously, wtf. Spend thousands and thousands of dollars making your car look cool, then to do that to a hood... ugh. This is worse than the "flat black hood" trend after F&F.


This whole trend started with someone who liked rat-rods, but drove a Honda. Patina is cool- on older hot rods and sleepers.

i think you miss understood what he meant by phaze 2. he meant it as, the second phase in his life that he KNOWS he is gonna regret but wants to look cool to the rust trend.lol the only ones i liked were the vdubs, n not even all of them. the honda civics are just followers who can't come up with a good idea. n that civic couple with rust all around was about to have his car painted then the rust trend came out n he figured he'd just join up n put the money else where. supid stupid idea but i had .02 cents to spare. enjoi! :tongue2:

Ludicris, you can keep your 2 cents phaze2 is a socal crew. This guy's civic is worth more the. Your prelude ever will. It's a piece of art something you have no clue about.

lol you act like i care about civics. i stay away from them for my own personal reasons. if i don't care for the rust hood trend or civics or some phase2, that's my choice. i don't care if his one civic is worth more than my whole lude. no one talked about pricing, n besides i haven't had her for that long to get her into a project since she's my dd. in a few years she could be worth more than that civic, especially since i don't like rust on my car.

also you want to bash my grammar. atleast it's more legible than other folks on this forum. (not tword ream123)
