I just spoke with Sophia from metro and she said they are sending an update out soon. She said they didn't get as many as expected but they are trying to make it work. I hope that means they feel sorry for us and they will do at least a limited run lol.

Businesses do not feel anything for customers unless they know they will make them money.
So if the numbers are not big enough, this is not happening.
It should have happened ever since it was reintroduced.

I have a full set of door and trunk seals for a 91 model. If I sent them the seals they could make new ones? Or would they need a car to help model new ones?

Greg its more than just a random person sending in some samples.
Its all about demand, we need a minimum number of orders for them to make it.

They will be making moulds which are expensive and they have to store the moulds when there are no more orders.
Businesses do not hold on to infrastructure investments too long if it makes them no more money.

Just out of curiosity, how many pre-orders did they have for this project?

@1funryd -- the information received back was that they received 15 orders -- I tend to think this indicates a glitsch on the system, but have been assured that is not the case. On the plus side, they have added the seals they have made to their regular catalog.

Any Updates on the seals? I went to the website and entered my Lude. Nothing Comes up. I have a 95 Special Edition.
