92 si cluster wiring diagram help

1992 si, usdm.
I tried to search and somehow im coming up empty handed. I apologize in advance if this has been covered.
Im hoping to find a wiring diagram of the instrument cluster/meter fuse(#13,10amp). It started randomly popping the fuse killing my dash, well the last time I replaced the fuse I actually seen a little smoke under the dash and found a cooked/naked wire running all the way up. I am hoping to find a good point to run a jumper from possibly the cluster back to a healthy piece of the wire. But also open to any and all suggestions. Thank you

Hmm, it doesn't seem to show fuse 13, thats odd. I found a service manual pdf online and it shows 13 going to just about every circuit in the dash. I don't know. Thank you though

The burned wire in tge dash was yellow. I cut it back where its good for testing purposes. Replaced fuse now all is good minus turn signals, so hopefully that particular wire only went to turn signals and I can run a new wire for it.
