A junkyard will take a car without a title. The bill of sale from auction would be enough. There is no fixing that car. The frame is bent to the point where it can't be pulled. Also notice that it has front and rear end damage. A shame since it looked well maintained but it's only worth it as a parts car. I would only consider it worth it to buy it if you live in or near GA and needed a parts car.

This thing has a ton of parts left on it. It even still has the stock rims left on it. I know people are looking for those. I would totally bid on it if only it was closer. It is in Georgia. This would be a good on to part out and you would make some good money on it.
Also could it be lowered? It looks kind of low to the ground, but it might just be the flat tires that are making it look lowered.
