get replace both left and right Upper Control Arms. The factory balljoin isn't avaiable as a separarte part. or you can get a balljoint camber kit, but they're pricey.

Some things to look for:

Are your tires wearing out fast?
Is the handling poor?

Camber is the vertical angle of the tire...
So if the tires look like one of these lines ( / ) or ( \ ) you may need a new camber kit or some adjustment.

the shop that did the alignment probably didnt know that camber is adjustable. they prob thought it was like all other hondas where camber is not adjustable.

go back and tell them the upper balljoints slide in and out to adjust camber, and have them do it again.

if you're not lowered, you dont need a camber kit unless something is damaged a good amount throwing it off enough to put it that far out of adjustable range

the fourth gens don't have the sliding ball joints the 3rd gens have. (it IS just like all the other hondas)

the 4ws cars have the same eccentric bolt for camber in the inner rear lower arm bushing like the 3rd gen 4ws does.

if the camber is off on a 2ws 4gp, something is bent, or the entire front (or rear) subframe needs to be shifted.

'they' what?

they, the upper control arms?
they, the camber kits (that your car doesn't have stock)?
they, the alignment techs?

your upper control arms can be damaged, or the bushings can be worn out/missing.
if your car is stock, it won't have any sort of camber kit to be damaged.
your dealer's alignment techs can most certainly be damaged in several different ways.
