It could be a bad ignition switch or a short between the ignition switch and the starter. This is imagery I found from a different thread on this site.

Will not crank
I have a 92 prelude that will not crank if I turn the key it does nothing. I jumped out the starter and it cranks so I know the starter's good. I know it's got a start relay but I don't know where it's located. Any help would be appreciated.
