Remove your entire manifold, and clean and replace all the gaskets and seals, and ports. Then re-assemble and then test.
Unexplainable jump in rpms when i shift
My 90 Si has this weird problem where when i shift it jumps up to 3k rpms, but then goes down after a while to normal. It idles fine from start and i have no check engine light. Before this i had what i believe was the original iacv and it would idle fine and shift fine but it would throw a check engine light. I replaced it with this one

I have heard that a vacuum leak is the issue but i don’t have any vacuum leaks i just checked with a smog test. So confused on why this is happening
