Does anyone know if i can lock the front wheels when its in gear so i have a posi???
no i want lock wheel to a posi....you can buy a limited slip front differential if that's what your asking.
Is this for a street car or race car? If it's for the street then you don't need a locked diff, you'll want an LSD.no i want lock wheel to a posi....
My son will be racing it.Is this for a street car or race car? If it's for the street then you don't need a locked diff, you'll want an LSD.
Most of the round track guys around here just weld their diffs. I personally wouldn't. It's a cheap way to have a locked front but dangerous in my opinion. My son will be racing it.
Do you even know what a "posi" means?no i want lock wheel to a posi....
Eaton Posi. The Eaton Posi limited-slip differential prevents wheel slip before it can get started. To do that, carbon disc clutch packs, preloaded by a central spring assembly, are located behind each differential side gear. When torque input increases the clamping load on the clutch packs increases.
I doubt it.Do you even know what a "posi" means?
He's probably thinking about a locker or spool when he thinks of a a posi.Do you even know what a "posi" means?
