tranny fluid flush in 92 si

well ive never done any sort of tranny work on it but my 2nd gear is grinding badly and i heard flushing the fluid and putting in syncromesh could solve it.i mean im hoping to god it does because i cant afford a rebuild.so anyways just wanted to know some of the basics on how to do it properly and where to begin again ive never done this before so any info can help..thanks in advance

The resources thread is a great place to start. Check the hondahookup one. the manual they have on there tells you exactly what you need to do. Next time try a search please.
