k, so i finally moved back to cali, finally got that nut off and am finally almost done with this whole transmission shit..
one last think holding me up though, shift linkage.
i pulled the cotter pin out, and the linkage is just supposed to pull out, right?
but its not.

whats to do?

What does it say in the online manual? can you get some heat to it?

Ha, oh well... Anyway is it ceased on or does it feel like the pin broke and left a little bit inside the hole?

WD40 + Hammer should do it then, sounds like you don't have any other option.

lol
i can hardly fit my fingers in the transmission to reach the cable, i dont think a hammer would fit at all.

you could try cycling the shifter from park through the gears and get it to work itself off. just my .02 cents. other wise whatever is in your way will prolly have to be removed to reinstall, so you might as well get it outta your way now.
if its a manual, not quite sure why you cant get to the linkages, you did remove your intake i assume. that should free up a bit of space for you.
