my friend just installed new inner tie rods on his 95 civic ex. while installing the new inner tie rods he forgot to use the locking washers. my question is, is he ok without using the locking washer? btw, he already got the car aligned rite after the installation. he says that he really tightened the inner tie rods.

yeaaaah so bumping your own post twice in under an hour? Not cool

and yes he wants the locking washers, "really tightened" suspension stuff doesnt stay tight for long when it's being driven on

With something that important and a failure could cause lots of damage, why would you skimp?
