I'm sure some of you can answer this pretty quick but here goes;

I've had a short ram intake on my car for quite a while, and i just left the vac. hose disconnected (the one to the intake manifold). Well, today I decided to plug it. First thing, my intake sounds different...more darth vaderish i suppose. Secondly, whether im driving or parked i get the same result. Say I'm parked and I slowly get on the throttle and bring it up to 1500RPM then left off, it drops right away. But, if i blip the throttle and the intake sucks in, my RPMs rise to about 2000 then drop off. Just wondering if that was normal?

Thanks guys

Normal for having that vacuum line plugged, yeah.

Your better off with a little filter on it.
