hood pins is the only real fix to this.

My seibon hood came to me looking like this

so I had to do this

and that is what seibon told me to do.

It still looks a bit gappy in that pic but after it warmed up the get became smaller and now when I unlatch the hood pins it stays down.

Damn, mine's probably not that bad. It's still annoying though. Maybe I'll fix it with the sun/phone books, then get hood pins.

Oh no, will hood pins make me a ricer??? :sarcasm: *note sarcasm*

There are SOME things you can probably try

-Try adjusting your hood latch to try and suck the hood closed more
-Adjust the hood bolts holding it to the brackets, maybe add washers or something

Or get hood pins/locks. Hood locks look best, not those tacky pin things

lol yours looks pretty nice actually, but i can still see the "uneveness" which blows for the kind of money these company charge for their products.

I can't remember what I used, but I tried putting weight on it and didn't have great results. My OEM ViS on my old Lude did the same thing. It was on the right side as well. I don't think I've ever seen it happen on a left side. Then again, I only left weight on it for a couple hours. Be sure to put a towel or blanket down. Don't wanna scratch the hood.
