It just depends. It probably will. Heck my lude is all stock and it kind of pops when I let off the gas. But not Really.

cool, you can do anything with the b20a, not saying the other engines are trash. i wish it was as common as an h, or k.
Not the kind of car where you do that because it's expensive and parts are hard to come by. Wouldn't you want a car with RWD so you can do donuts and burnouts? Sell the prelude, buy a mustang, and clap it out to your hearts content.

True. man wanna know how many times i feel like selling my car, its a temptation, but at the same time i dont want to, and yeah i do want a mustang, a foxbody.
You'd spend a lot less money buying a mustang than trying to turn your prelude into something it's not. Not to mention it's hard to work on these cars.

well i believe its hard to work on any old car. man you are making me think about buying a foxbody.
How about you just don't intentionally make your car "pop and bang"? It's retarded, and an embarrassment to the rest of us real enthusiasts who don't want 'normies' to think we're associated.

It makes us look irresponsible and crazy. People probably think we are dumb and don’t care about our stuff. We want car culture to be welcoming to people and not scare they away.

damn man im still thinking of getting a foxbody. dam i havent got a chance to take my head to the machine shop
Yeah no.
Sell your lude if you are not going to make it a good car.
What you are talking about is just not what we are about. All those people with that mentality have sold or just trashed their chassis.

If you want real solutions then that's what this site is for, if you are just coming here to be another fb troll, then this is not the place.
We actually care to make it nice on here besides all the trash talk that has happened over the years.

So either maintain it, swap it or sell it, because getting replacement motor parts is not a reality for the bastard B platform anymore. There are no more header's to replace anymore. Its a dead platform hence the almost constant messages to swap.
You might get lucky and find a local or a seller on here or fb to sell you a running motor, but I doubt it.
This comes from years of experience.

100%!

My biggest frustration is that I blame the recent EPA/emissions crackdown on car modifications solely on two groups of people: those who make their cars pop/bang/two-step, and the coal-rolling diesel bros. They do that crap right in front of everyone in traffic (hell, even sitting in your home, you can hear the backfires these days), and the noise and smoke only draw complaints from normal people who don't care about cars beyond them being appliances and status symbols. The people doing all that, at least in my opinion, are fly-by-night car fans only getting into the hobby because it's trendy. They spend their short time on the bandwagon being ignorant, attention-seeking assholes, and it ruins the game for those who are genuinely passionate about cars. There is no doubt anymore that the modification of cars is slowly being taken away from us.
