Ok...here's the deal....I noticed my car was idiling kinda high and i couldn't figure out why then when i finally looked over at my VAFC i noticed that the throttle was at 3.0% so i pulled the gas pedal back with my foot and it dropped to 0 and my idle returned to normal but now the gas pedal is stuck all the time and i checked behind it and there's nothing blocking it and nothing in the engine bay touching the throttle so any ideas on how to fix this????/ Thank you in advance...peace

P.S. The throttle isn't stuck to the point i can't lift it up with my foot...just everytime i hit the gas it gets stuck when i let go...

Take your intake tube off the throttle body and check the butterfly for obstructions...wouldn't be a bad idea to get some throttle body cleaner and clean it at the same time. also might be wise to lubricate the throttle linkage.
