I already posted this in the suspension section. But I'm outting it here because I'm kid of in a time crunch, and I find in the specialized boards, it takes a while to get responses.

My brother wants to get new shocks and springs on his 94 Celica GT. He doesn't want to go with adjustable shocks, and he wants to keep the stock ride height. Or close to it. I was looking into the Tokico HP kit with the 1.5" drop (which is about as low as he's willing to go), but they are availiable for all Celica's except that body style. So I have 2 questions for you guys:

1 - What non-adjustable shocks do you think perform the best?

2 - What springs with no more than a 1.5" drop will work the best with above mentioned shocks?

On a side note, is anybody familiar with Energy suspension bushing kits? I know it will tighten up the ride, but does it get harsh or noisy compared to stock rubber bushings?

Thanks.
