so i was getting my O2 sensor replaced and the mechanic told me that i had an oil leak comming down from the front left side tire - i searched but needless to say it wasnt very specific - so for you gurus under the hood - what would be the most likely thing here?

whenever you have your timing belt changed, you should have your front main seal replaced as well as a few other little oil seals.

front main seal
The front crank seal is #28 in the pic

#28 91212-PAA-A01 OIL SEAL (40X52X7) (NOK) $6.71
I would also do a timing belt, balance belt, water pump, and cam seals too while you're in there since they have to come off to do the seal anyway.

#17 14400-P13-014 BELT, TIMING (155YU24 A-555) $60.28
#11 13405-PT0-004 BELT, BALANCER TIMING (UNITTA) $36.68
#38 91213-PR3-0 OIL SEAL ( 29X43X8 ) (ARAI) $5.55
#23 14520-P13-013 ADJUSTER, AUTOMATIC $80.30
19200-P13-003 WATER PUMP (YAMADA) $70.85
