I'd pull the plugs and check them out. Quick and cheap diag. It's a possibility you could have could have fouled them out.

For the o2 code, I'd clear it and see if it comes back. I've ran seafoam through before, and it threw a mess of o2 codes, lol.

Hey man, i had similar issues, my car was bogging and misfiring and didn't feel right at all. It had the EGR code for insufficient flow and after I did the ports and valve itself, the car felt MUCH better. I highly recommend doing the egr job
