Manual transmission - oil change

So what’s the prevailing opinion, change the oil or not? And if so, what’s the recommended fluid?

Follow the pdf tech manual instructions. Cant go wrong with that.
Honda manual transmisson fluid. Yes it's good to change it.

We use amsoil synchromesh manual transmission fluid in all hondas in our shop, unless they see extended track use.

Always make sure you are able to loosen the fill bolt before draining the trans. Honda MTF is good and all you really need. I did try "Red Line 50205 MTL" and it shifts a bit better than Honda MTF when it's cold, but it's also more expensive.

Agree about the Red Line MTL. Can't go wrong with Honda MTL either. Change every 30k miles.
