Stock aluminum oil pan kept being stripped by oil changes in various shops so has a short term plug keeping it from leaking.

Looking at the moroso steel oil pan http://www.summitracing.com/parts/MOR-20917, figured the steel would have much better resistance to it being stripped in the long run. According to the description on the website it fits perfectly and uses the stock oil pump and filter locations.

Big question I have is, it has a optional hole for oil temp sensor... do these pans come with a plug to close that hole? I've looked high and low on the internet for reviews or guides and honestly cannot seem to find anything on them being installed. Anyone with more info on these pans it would be appreciated.

Just use an aluminum pan and stop letting a bunch of gorillas tighten your oil drain plug. All pans strip easily if you aren't careful.

You can get an oil sandwich plate adapter for the oil filter, and fit a temp sensor/pressure sensor right at that point.
