Is this a real h22a type s redtop?

I am buying this 92 prelude and the guy says he bought this engine from h motors and it is a jdm 98-01 h22a type s red top. The serial number is 1154085. Any help?! Pictures below. One is the block the other is the transmission. I looked at Wikipedia and it states it is from a 92-97 honda prelude vtec. Just want to be sure. Thanks in advance. Also the engine was obd 2 at the time he purchased it.

So from what I have found out is that the motor is an h22a. Not a redtop or type s. It says it came out of a 92-96 vtec but I am unsure about this because the motor originally was obd2. I have done google searches and looked up other forums. No exact answers. Still researching.
The number points to it being a 4th Gen engine.

The engine and the head have the manufacture date stamped on them, so that'll give you a definitive answer.

(I don't pick up the car until July 22nd)
Block is stamped Nov 3rd 95. So it is a 96 is what I am thinking.
2000 and 2001 head castings are PDE (H22 Euro R/Type S)
PDE heads have different valve Seat Angle than P13. PDE went to 45* from P13 60* was said to be better for performance
PDE head has a factory port clean up job like the ITR and CTR heads. Smoother casting, less pit noticed intake runners.
2000 and 2001 Intake Manifolds will have no PGMFI on the plenum and will be smooth
2000 and 2001 will have IACV on back of plenum
