It's more expensive to put in a Honda IMA than a electric motor, and after all that extra money and trouble, what's the benefit?
IMA swap to prelude?
Playing with the idea of buying a busted prelude and using a Honda IMA. Anyone experienced in this manner? It'd be an awesome daily driver but with the sleek, beautiful look of the prelude, especially since pop up headlights died a long time ago but I love modern technology.
And old CRZ with too many miles would be the ideal car to canbalize, and then use a stronger engine like a K-swap.
I figure front wheel drive is what I'll be stuck with, but getting it RWD would be cool.
I know anything is possible with enough money, but it would be cool to have something like this for less than the price of a new car, say below 18k
