Are H23 spark plugs the Same as H22 Spark plugs?

When i did my h23 to H22 engine swap the people who did the swap put my spark plugs frm the h23 into the H22?


Are they the same and can that harm my car?

Yes they are the same.
Ditch those and get new ones and gap to spec.

Depends on the H22, newer ones call for a different plug, probably colder due to the increased compression.

got h23 plugs at walmart about an hour ago and no they are not the same. the numbers were different by 10.

Exactly, what he said ^ the H23 plugs are of a different heat range, it actually can harm your engine. Your plugs are too hot for the motor meaning since you are running a higher compression engine with plugs that can ignite unburnt fuel without actually sparking. Very dangerous, think about it.

Just buy new NGK V-powers for 8 bucks..
