Would Like to see more pics but I would fix everything that is worn or broken then start with suspension and brakes. Once you have that in order i would concider a h22 swap. But thats me and you need to have an idea of what you would like to do with the car. The biggest mistake you can make is buying a bunch of random parts for the car with out a plan. You end up wasting money and time.
Tires first if they are needed. Then brakes: even if your pads are good, odds are the fluid hasn't been bled in a long time. The rear calipers are prone to seizing, so check on that. To round out the safety equipment, I'd get some new headlights in there if yours are dim, as well as new wiper blades if needed.
Next on my list would be checking over all the ball joints and bushings and making sure the suspension is in safe condition. It's probably of equal importance to brakes and tires, but personally, I've been involved a couple of tire related accidents so I put that above all else.
Then I'd address the missing side mirror and the bumper gap.
