Motor is finished. Now I start on looks. Its a Mugen style steering wheel, My buddy gave it to me after he wrecked his EF Hatch.

What do you mean by that? I haven't touched the body, and the motor is completely finished. She is what you would call a sleeper my friend(aside from tuning :smile:)

Skunk2 Tuner Series Cam Gears(Not Tuned)
5 Angle Valve job and port and polished
Crower CP Dome top 12.3:1 Comp ratio Pistons
Crower 4340 H-Beam Rods
ARP Head studs
Balance shaft belt removal
AC Removal
Auto to Manual Tensioner conversion
Iron sleeved
Blanced and blueprinted

Tranny:
SH to Base Tranny swap
Stage 2 Exedy Racing Clutch
11.5 lbs Fidanza Flywheel
DC Sports short shift adapter

All thats left is a good tune, bigger injectors and 100-150 shot of N20

you have 12.3:1 compression and you wanna add nitrous to that? that motor will blow faster than you would if the girls next door were molesting you

The piston rings were adjusted by the machine shop for running nitrous. Yes, even at that compression they asked if I was gonna run nitrous....

With the ARPs holding it down, and with a proper tune I'm sure a 100 shot wouldn't cause an issue.

But eh, its not gonna be for awhile, so if it turns out i can't, then I can't. No big deal. its just a prelude :blush:

Ive have run into the biggest financial slump ive ever been in. and having even problems putting food on the table atm. I need a tune really really bad. But I havent been able to save anything lately. and Tax time.....still out of the question....

If I wanted a 10-12 second car I would have bought a Civic. This is my DD with some extra...if not lots of extra get up and go. I bought the Lude because It was a lude, Its my favorite car and always been my dream car. But with the understanding that its not gonna be the fastest car on the road.....
