Hi guys. Just discovered today my piston and cylinder wall (#2) is chipped and i dont really know what to do. My plan was to change valve springs and stuff bc i heard valve ticking and when i took off the head this is what i saw. Head, gasket and valves looks fine. The chip in the wall is mabye 1-2 mm deep and i dont know where to go from here. I heard its possible to bore out the walls but i dont know... Please help...

Ouch, I think your options are to sleeve it or replace the block.

The bores are 87mm normally, you can bore out to 89mm, but that's pushing it and you can't use forged pistons with an unsleeved block anyway.
Damn thats what i was afraid of. As i live in Norway there are about 30 preludes left in the country i would have to get a new one from another country...
