Chipped cylinder wall and piston...

Hi guys. Just discovered today my piston and cylinder wall (#2) is chipped and i dont really know what to do. My plan was to change valve springs and stuff bc i heard valve ticking and when i took off the head this is what i saw. Head, gasket and valves looks fine. The chip in the wall is mabye 1-2 mm deep and i dont know where to go from here. I heard its possible to bore out the walls but i dont know... Please help...
