My issue is that when the car is driving I could be coming to a stop or just driving and hold the clutch in and the car will drop the rpms or even stall out. But if I coast to a stop in neutral the car is fine. The clutch fully disengages because that was my original suspicion. Looking for anyone that possibly has a direction to point me as I’m thinking it’s more of an electrical problem

Try tapping the gas lightly when you depress the clutch pedal. As in right before the car starts to drop RPM. You may have a vacuum related issue or even idle air control valve.
