I have a b21a1 91 Si Automatic. I threw a rod and busted the block.
My Plans are to do a manual Swap with a rebuilt B20 or B21.

I need to know all the detailed steps on an automatic to manual swap.
Please Help

Are the Tranny Mounts the Same?
Do you Remove the A/T Computer? What do i put in place of it?
All that sort of Stuff.

I also want to use the b20.
is there a difference to which i head i use? Does one have more power?
Are the ECU's The same between b20's and b21's?

Please answer some of my questions

no you need a manual tranny mount, you need manual cluster (optional really), shifter, shift boot and knob (uses same console), shift linkage, clutch resevoir and line, manual tranny (obviously), slave cylinder (mounted on tranny and the clutch line that is attached to it), pedals, clutch, flywheel...am I forgetting anything? Search there are write ups on this.

b21 head on a b20 block lowers compression...other than that the heads will bolt up to whichever block

no b21's are OBD1 and b20s are OBD0 if your car comes with a b21 originally and you are putting in a b20a5 keep your b21 intake and exhaust manifolds as well are your b21 ecu

rambo told you about the tranny mount...

rambo did not tell you that the a/t frame rail is different than the m/t frame rail is.

you'll have to do some drilling and thru bolting to hang a m/t mount on your a/t frame rail.
