Can some one please help me out here just got my 98 prelude sh a week ago got it from a customer of the shop for 200 bucks I tore it down now in the process of reassembly but I see that my tensioner pulley broke the threads on the water pump and was wondering if I needed the adjustment collar for it circled in red in the picture will post pics of the car in the morning

So this is what I’m currently working on just need to know if I need the adjustment bushing or just send it ? It didn’t have the collar on it when I disassembled the car but those threads on the water pump was the point of failure in my case

Yes, you need it. That allows the idler assembly to adjust with the tensioner.

Thank you sooooooo much bro I was losing my mind I couldn’t find a straight answer anywhere on the internet I ordered it from Honda this morning anyway just In case only 38 bucks I uploaded the pic in case anyone needs a part off the diagram too but thanks again bro
