I have an Apex'i safc for a 1997 Honda Prelude SH. I need a base map for this computer if anyone has one or even racing because right now it's bogging out at certain rpms when I drive it normal. Any help would be appreciated. Also keep in mind I can't pay for dyno at the moment because funds are tight.

You can't tune a Prelude SH with an SAFC. More importantly, you should probably look up with an SAFC is and what it does.

I strongly suggest you do some maintenance and fix what's wrong with your car to fix the bogging issue.
