All of my lights in my 01 jdm h22 swapped 1995 accord start flashing it's mostly when it's just started but literally all of the lights in and out of the car start flashing I don't know if it has something to do with the security system that's installed because I hear a clicking each time they flash and it ain't the blinkers making the clicking

Sounds like the security system to me. I'll ask my buddy tomorrow when I visit him for the installation of the bumper and winch from 4Wheelonline onto his Wrangler. He got this new Prelude project that's do the same flashing when starting.
