just swapped the motor new clutch and flywheel now it was foing in gear great but now 1st and 3rd maube a little fifth wont go into gear im guessing synchros in the tranny any ideas

Probably an issue with the cables or the gear change mechanism on the transmission since all the odd numbered gears are affected.
