So to start off, I was just switching through the gears when my battery light came on and my car died. It cranks over but doesn't start. Took it to a mechanic after replacing parts we thought it could've been and he couldn't find any mechanical issues with it. Still won't start.
I was told it was most likely an ecu problem, ordered a p13 1993 prelude ecu (H22a engine in mine), and i ordered the wrong conversion harness. My question is should I order a OBD2a to OBD1 harness? Additionally, is it safe to bolt the 93 ecu to the back of the kickplate? It's obviously not meant to fit where the old one was.
