Holy crap it's been years since I checked in on the forum. I'm glad to see a couple familiar names!

So that means what, 2/3rds of the population of Montana drive Preludes by my math.

In Phoenix Metro, I am aware of my '85 DX in Mesa, an '84 DX in Laveen, and an '86 DX in Scottsdale. All running, but each with ongoing air:fuel issues. The mechanics that I have met are Brian and Future Service Auto (Main Street, Tempe) and Jeff also Tempe. Brian is pretty dissatisfied with these carb'd Ludes, whereas Jeff likes to troubleshoot'em and try to bring them back to life. My question is "at what co$t?"
Anyways, I am leaning toward parting mine out. It has lots of very good parts, but they all only fit this 84 - 87 DX class of vehicles, which if not worth preserving, are good for either a) recycle or b) putting one good example together, and crushing the others...
Your thoughts
