|Brewbrud||The letter B isn't even close to the letter D. I could understand if it was next to the letter on the keyboard but you have to go way over to your right hand and press B.|

|LUDErunner11||Since you replaced the fuel pump 819, how is your quarter-tank problem? Does the car still do the same thing as before?|

|FuzzyGreen||You have some 3rd gen lube in the rear that needs to be applied better for maximum penetration. Once you fix that , you just need to apply a little pressure to the angular analog variable pedal which will modulate the up and down locomotion of the carrier.|

If the only time this happens is when your gas tank is low. Id start by taking a peak at your fuel pump and the sock filter thats attached to the end. The first time I pulled my pump I found it sitting at an angle in its holder. I found a hose with a hole in it. The sock was yellow'd in spots and seemed like it needed replacement. Since I changed the sock and reinstalled the pump i haven't had any other fuel related issues. Not saying this will fix your problem but it might be worth it to take a look.
If you pull down your back seat and look into the trunk you'll find 2 round access covers next to each other. I believe the passenger side is the sending unit. The driver side is the pump iirc. I think the nuts you have to remove are 10mm. Theres a half dozen or so nuts to remove and then it pretty much lifts right out. Putting it back in can be a bitch. good luck with your lude.
Why do you think you have a leak in the rear? Can you smell gas inside the car? Can you see any dripping to the ground when you turn the key to the on position?

|3gPreludetuner24||Maybe its because its an old ass car thats needs a major tune up. Maybe injectors need to be clean or replaced. Check your fuel pressure.Check the TPS sensor on your TB. Check for any gas leaks and replace fuel filter. It could be many things. Check the Injector seals and orings.|

|sahlude||You have a 3 gen lube?? I love lube!|

Is it PGM-FI or PGM-CARB?
Change the fuel filter and do a full tune up. Don't forget adjusting the valves and ignition timing. If PGM-FI, you might want to run a bottle of fuel injector cleaner through it at each oil change for the next 6 months. If PGM-CARB, well, there are a million things that might help... dunno what year/model lude you have.
