GrafKroete Maybe you can take the front bumper from the Houseman "Mugen Style" body kit for the 1g CRX and combine it with the stock bumper from the DX 2g Prelude.

Btw: I bought an old portfolio for the BA2. The text's are all german, but there are still some nice b/w pictures, I'll scan later on and add here.

I must say those are some damn sexy kits... I will go find a front bar and make myself a replica mugen front bar.
with proper measurements based on the pictures you could theoretically have them fabbed in a large format 3D printer that some design houses use now to prototype bodykit fit/placement.

i wish i had the money for one as i would just start remaking all these old mugen kits that would fit perfectly. and make BANK, since hardly any are available anymore.

and i have the literal brochure in front of me (not to mention others) and on every other mugen brochure i have the front plate written under the "mugen" kanji says "Competition Power Unit Supplier"

there is however a different version of the bronze lettered on black plate but that was on the accord and it said "Honda Power Specialist" under the kanji. I think that's the one you are referring to. Not the one on the prelude in every mugen brochure.

Mugen bits

Would love that front bumper!!

But I'd like to know modified parts what came with the conventional head kit and the specs, e.g. the bhp and torque after mod, CR ratio, bore size etc.

I'm sure it's just a UK/EDM head with 9.4:1 CR ration pistons possibly the head itself maybe flowed and port matched but looks like a set of UK/EDM carbs as well.

yea, i posted this on reddit and someone did a literal translation of some of it and one part was about the fins. they're basically designed to dissipate heat from the brake rotors through direct contact at the hubs. the fins allow more surface area to help dissipate the heat. the aero disc's create a kind of ram air effect furthering the ability to cool the brakes/wheel fins.

High quality brochure scans.

Been collecting a few brochures and figured i would upload some scans.

First one up is for the CF-48 wheels. i know there is some sort of a copy floating around somewhere but here is a high res upload of it. The originals are over 4000x7000 resolution and 100mb each. lemme know if anyone wants those lol. here are the "lower" res ones.

didnt realize there were race versions of the cf-48. wonder if there are any sets out there.

i'll be uploading more brochures and catalogs in the coming days.

also if any of you bought this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/83-87-JDM-Pr...518735&vxp=mtr

lemme know as i NEED some high scans of some things from it :bigwink:
