Hey guys,

I found this led conversion kit for preludes online: http://ledautomotive.com/category.ph...id_category=18

Im just wondering if any of you guys bought it before and how the quality of it is and if it is worth it to buy.

Any other reviews of this? Does the brightness of the blue LEDs match the stock bulb output?

it looks like everything would be the same, just blue. if i wanted blue lights, i would pull out the bulbs, and color them with a sharpie. no need to convert to leds.

wow, not feeling all the hot spots. You'd have better results if you used LED strips instead. Same thing goes for the CC and side switchs. You'll need to actually take each button apart and put a LED bulb in for each one and have them point foward, that way you have a brighter looking button at night.

Check out the write-ups floating around on the forum, and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. This is if you're wanting a better looking light output

I put the led auto kit in in red and I'm very happy with the results. When I get around to I plan on some of their other products.

I purchased the CC, Dimmer, SR, and foglight LEDs from them (blue). The quality/brightness is great, minus two of the LEDs were DOA. So my sunroof has no light for open or close. I would stay they are brighter than stock. No, I don't have pics but I can.

pics would be appreciated Kronn, I was cautious of ordering from this company mainly because the pictures on their site aren't very impressive. What did you use for your gauge cluster?

Gauge cluster is currently a junk, ebay indiglo thing. It was installed by the previous owner.

I wanted to get this kit for the simple conversion because the problems that people encountered after doing the DIY LED conversion kind of scared me haha. I want white leds too, but all they got is blue or red. And yeah, pics would be appreciated too Kronn [=

Now I'm curious to see what the cheap ebay indiglo looks like! aznxpysko the blue will look much cooler (and newer) than the white imo

the pictures came out like crap. my camera blows. but it did lead me to notice that another bulb is not functioning. So the only button that lights up is the CC. The dimmer LED is super dim. ironic huh?
