Loud Squeak When I Cut The Wheel In Park

Just had the timing belt and accessories belt done with my water pump. Now when I cut the wheel (sharp in park) it sounds like a loud squeak. Anyone know what it could be? Just had my brakes done recently as well if that helps any.

*they also added power steering fluid in, could it be that some may have dripped out and is making contact with a belt?

The power steering belt is not tight enough.
