Fog light switch and fog light help

Hey, can someone tell me how to remove the foglights to change the bulbs on a '91?

Also, I want to rewire them to come on with the parking lights instead of the headlights. Can anyone tell me what color the wire is from the switch or the relay that I need to cut and tie into the parking lights. Also, is the relay for the fog lights located in the fuse box under the hood? I just got this car for my wife, and as you can tell, I haven't been nosing around under the hood much yet. I also don't have or can find any kind of service manual for it either. Can someone help me out with that too?

For the foglight rewire go to:

http://www.prelude3g.com

then, Exterior

then, foglights rewire

This keeps everything stock except the foglights will come on with the parking lights.

Hmm... Back in the day I asked a NC State Trooper friend about this, and he said I would be in violation and should not pass inspection. Reason being, the car was manufactured by Honda to only come on if the headlights are on. Same deal with my '97 Silverado truck - it has headlights that stay on all the time - no lights on automatically with startup - no inspection.

I haven't heard that it is now allowed... Or, is this just a North Carolina thing?
