I got my whole front end re-done recently. Aside from a slight gap on the passengers side, everything came out great! I snapped some pics after a wash, and at the beach. Enjoy!
^yeah, it's a pretty safe beach though I do it all the time. There's rarely a problem with getting stuck or sinking. It's just important to get the hose under there when you get home.
Dood you gotta tell me hows everything FITTING? thats exactly how my friend wants his prelude to look, with the Mugen side/rear and Oem front on pearl white. Show me some techniques you used to screw it all in?
btw theres no beaches in seattle right now.. its still snowing at 35 degrees.... Sigh
Thanks a lot guys, on that particular beach the sand is hard and you're allowed to park on the beach... normally there's cars lined up but we went during the week. I love parking on the beach, the only other place I do that is at Daytona.
That thing on the windshield and the thing above my rear window is Sirius radio. I'd love to get some rims, but the F1's on it are expensive so I figured I'd roll on those for a while since they came with the car... if I ever need 4 new tires I'm gonna get a set of 17's. The Mugen sides and rear pretty much fit right on... the sides are just screwed in on the top and nothing else, so they kinda flop around. But it's good because they flex whenever they hit anything. They definitley don't go anywhere. The rears are drilled underneath on each side of the skirt, and once thru the wheel well. They don't go anywhere either But pretty much everything came with the car; the front lip, blinkers, front bumper and fogs were all me. I like how the rear lip hides the huge coffee can exhaust, that's a definite plus!
^nah, it's fiberglass even the real Mugen is fiberglass. The sides are just mounted just enough to where it won't go anywhere, but it's not rock solid... so it's kinda flippy and wiggles back and forth. Gives it room to move when it hits something as opposed to just shattering the sideskirt. Trust me there are spiderwebs from cracking all over them lol... you just can't see them unless you're close.
