The catless tanabe definitely seems much louder in these videos in comparison to the other tanabe SHM videos Ive seen on youtube.

Anyone ever hear an Espelir JGT setup on one of these?

i had one on my old integra and i loved it.

nvm... couldnt find a video clip before of a 5th. but for some reason now i did.

i say the clips dont do justice. I just did a full mugen exhaust and it sounds awsome in person, not too loud, nooo rice... just a deep rumble sound!!

I think I need to go out in the country and wedge my audio/visual camera in a tree somewhere and then get in my car and return such that in 2nd gear when I pass the tree I will be in VTEC and then you guys will see that the very anti rice , powerful , 4 barrel carburetor like , sound that is made coming from the intake in the high rpm mode and exhaust , which gives other non VTEC import owners wet dreams , does not need to be modified with a aftermarket muffler . People on the side of the road look up when I blow by with VTEC engage and when I pass people such that the VTEC is engaged when adjacent to them its not unusual for those people to suddenly apply the brakes as result of the audible fear the engine roar makes that other VTEC owners can attest to .

I think the best thing to do if you disagree with Robert, which it seems quiet alot of ppl do, is to not post. I dont remember anybody that has had the ability to create a thread and then it be lit on fire so fast as this guy. A majority of ppl cant be wrong (big brother)

i have this exhaust on my lude and i love it. its not to loud but not to quiet...most of my friends say it dosent sound like a honda because of its distinct tone....i recommend getting it if you can find it

I will be so bold as to say this is my favorite one yet. I love the hallow, metallic sound it has to it. Your video also makes me REALLY miss summer, and cruising around with my windows open.

thats because i wanted ppl to hear what it really sounds like when u daily drive..
all these ppl doing WOT and hitting Vtec doesnt really help ppl when u want to hear exhaust notes, b/c going WOT and hittin vtec.. no matter what exhaust u have, they alll sounds the same cuz the motor sound takes over.

I know the thrill of the sound as I went by was effected by the short duration that the sound could be herd . The sound was herd the way it was because I was REALLY accelerating . People on the side of the road know the difference between the sound of power and just noise . I just laugh when I here those RICE cannon equipped DX Civics on the interstate running full throttle and making all sorts of noise , but when one takes a close look , their in fact not accelerating at all which enhances the effect of their so called high performance sound . All commotion and no motion is not for me . lol
