ill get some side shots next weekend. i just finished this this weekend. took it out sat. night and had a blast. took a cloverleaf interchage at 80 no problem saturday night.

i changed so much stuff i dont know what just bushings would do. all i know is she drives as good, if not better then new.

no thumps, squeeks, rattles, tight as hell and drives great.

well worth the upgrade.

bushings - 450
springs- 200
struts - 300
rack rebuild - 90
axel rebuilds - 70
camber kit - 100
bearings - 150
balljoints/rod ends - 150
brake lines - 100
misc (paint, boots, pads, bolts,etc.) - 50 to 100
labor - 80.00 (installed bushings at shop)
alignment - 65.00
wheel/tire combo - 700

Cadster: Great shots...thanks for sharing. You've set the standard for me and my 89, bro.

You need this spare exhaust manifold heat shield I have sitting on my shelf. I had applied ceramic coating on the front of it back when I first started the business.

It's yours for the low, low price of 20-bucks. It looks better than new looking, with a bright, galvanized-like finish. I'd really help clean up your underhood.

the rack 'needing' to be rebuilt is what started the project that later bacame phase I. i busted a boot on the rack and some seal was shot. i have just decided to go 4ws as soon as i find one for a good price.

my 2ws rack was already done when i test drove several new cars (i was going to trade the lude), but decided to just rebuild this prelude. i have owned it for several years as a gas saving daily driver while i built trucks. this is my first 'ricer' project

i had plans to H22 this car, but loosing all the cars ammenities prompted me to just boost my engine, but i need to rebuild it to be a player. i have sence found out its cheaper to buy a JDM block then to rebuild mine. this will be phase III of the whole rebuild.

Awesome man.I bet it handles so different now.Im in the process of doing all upper and lower ball joints and bushings right now.I got a lower ball joint that wont break loose...it sucks, I hate ball joints.

I noticed you got moog ball joints but the boots are blue.I also got all new moog ball joints but there just black.

Is that some kind of boot protector thing or did you paint them ? Let me know.

Jesus CAD...you had your hands full. That is awesome work, and I'm jealous to say that I wouldn't take on that task in my driveway...Probably a seized bolt nightmare. I can do some stuff myself, but that...I'd need a hand with. Very nice work, and it looks GREAT Loving the rims too...
