what does foamy power steering fluid mean?

my cars power steering fluid has bubbles all through it and looks almost foamy and it came out the top but when i looked in the resevoir it was only half way full..

Means your PS pump has air leak...

Check out www.prelude3g.com ... Its a common/cheap fix
