You should've gotten a CAI with a BPi stack. I originally had an Injen short ram and a CAI is deffinently better. More low to midrange power with none lost on the top end and 20* lower IAT while cruising, enough said.
I don't want to hear that BS. I live in Northwest OR and it rains just as much as Seattle; well close. I have yet to have ANY issue's. Their's really no way water can even get to the filter if you have the inner fender gaurd thingy.
fender liner is called the splash guard. but as far as the intake goes i had many different brands. and injen is awesome just like weapon r secret R intake. there filter aren't that loud like aem, K&N, fujita...etc
Do you have a good source for the CAI/ BPI or Injen ?
